Event web casting and web streaming

With our heritage in live event production, webcasting is a natural added value service that we can now offer to all of our clients. Webcasting (web streaming) splits into two specific areas: Live and on-demand.

Live Webcasting
During a live webcast we mix the video footage with the presentation slides and stream this across the internet using our rock solid global Content Delivery Network. Viewers of a live webcast will feel that they are participating in the event, will engage in a live chat room with other online delegates and can even participate in the Q&A session.

Immediately after the live webcast, your event can be available for viewing on-demand.

A variety of camera shots are intermixed with presentation slides for an attractive live global broadcast.

On-Demand Webcasting
This is where you watch the event at your convenience. This is a great solution if there are viewers are in different time zones. No-one will have to watch the event in the middle of the night!

Sound+Vision can add an on-demand player to a live webcast to maximise the reach of the event. As an example, a webcast that is watched live by 100 viewers can easily get thousands of views on-demand.

We can either edit the presentation slides to your video which will show in the same window, or we can use Sound+Vision’s attractive webcast console to show the video and presentation slides at the same time.

The presentation slides match the video and the viewer can scroll to any point in the presentation by using the video timeline or the Apple-style slide “cover flow”.
